In the PuraLev-i series, the controller and motor are integrated into the driver housing. The PuraLev-i30 pump is a revolutionary centrifugal pump. Based on the principles of magnetic levitation, the pump rotor is suspended, non-contact, inside a sealed housing and is driven by the magnetic field of the motor. Continuous flow and pressure are precisely controlled by electronically regulating rotor speed, eliminating pulsation.

Due to the absence of mechanical bearings and the autonomous design of the pump head, the risk of contamination is significantly reduced. The absence of narrow gaps between the impeller and the pump body, as well as the low shear pump design, also allow gentle pumping of sensitive liquids. The impeller and casing are both made from biocompatible gamma sterilizable poypropylene (PP) (FDA, USP-VI, ABSE/TSE and animal-free). The pump body is manufactured with beard fittings and has an aseptic seal design.
