At Ky-tech we are pleased to present our new range of diaphragm valves : the TDF4 series. They are interesting thanks to their long lasting life which is superior to 60 millions tests, their very fast response time of 14 milli/sec. They also have a cv stability required for atomic layer deposition (ALD) and atomic layer etching (ALE) processes and can handle a 120°C temperature.
